About Priddis

Nestled in the Foothills of the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains, Priddis boasts topography of rolling hills and spectacular scenery. It is also home to the oldest, active community hall in Alberta. Constructed in 1900, The Priddis Community Hall continues to showcase the friendly and active community atmosphere of this cool little town.

Close in proximity to Calgary, the Priddis area offers a first glimpse at the glorious vistas and quiet lifestyle that awaits just beyond. Known primarily as ranch country, Priddis is a popular stop on your way in and out of the foothills and nearby to Rothney Astrophysical Observatory and the Anne & Sandy Cross Conservation Area.

This quaint little hamlet offers a general store, some shopping and of course coffee and drinks. See more thanks to the Priddis Community Association.
