Eau Claire Distillery invites you to be a part of their farm-to-glass philosophy and spend the day with farmers in the field to help harvest the grain that will be used to create our delicious, award-winning craft spirits! The Threshing event will take place on The Bar U Ranch just south of Longview! Threshing (collecting and processing the grain) will occur - 10 am to 4 pm. Lunch will be provided to registered volunteers by Eau Claire Distillery and the Country Fresh Kitchens at the Bar U Ranch! Threshing invites participants to work alongside the horses as they bring in the dried bundles of grain from the harvest and watch the straw separate from the grain.To be a part of the ultimate Alberta volun-tourism experience, please RSVP.
