The Lancaster Bomber is one of the most iconic aircraft associated with World War II, and very few of these amazing planes are left. Nanton’s Bomber Command Museum is not only home to a Lanc, but also many other vehicles and artifacts from World War II. The Bomber Command Museum of Canada re-opened June 3, 2020. Beginning July 20, the museum is open Thursday to Monday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. For more information regarding COVID-19 procedures and museum hours please visit their website.
